Customer Service Defines Success

Getting Customers Is Your Job, Keeping Them is The Job Of Customer Service... Long Term, Customer Service Defines Success!

Understand that more money is made in repeat business, from happy customers, then new business ever will.

When you are defining the success of your business, think carefully on how you will service your clients.

If you are providing a service, then be sure to provide service beyond the expectations of your customers; one key is to have knowledgeable customer service reps that can get the answers to your customers questions and can find solutions to their problems.

Let's face it, questions and issues come up; it is in how these are handled and how quickly that will define the long term relationship.

For example, I was doing a marketing campaign for the Reverse Funnel System and the Marketing Company I had hired to expose my marketing website was showing an incredible difference of website views to what the funnel was showing, here is how it looked:

Marketing Companies Suggested Website Views: 25,130
Reverse Funnel System Campaign URL Unique Views: 554

When I contacted the Reverse Funnel System's Customer Support Live Chat Line, they were able to tell me and provide me with a "Campaign Stats Report" to show that there were a total of 2,084 views of our Campaign URL and of them, 554 were unique views.

Now I have something to send off to the Marketing Company to give them something to work with; they will be able to get to the bottom of the problem and ensure I am getting the views that they promised.

The Marketing Companies Customer Service knew what to ask for and the Reverse Funnel System's Customer Service knew what to deliver and as the customer, I was able to get back to living my life, instead of having two sides pointing fingers at each other.

Understand, if the Customer Service in either of these companies was poor, I would be in a position of deciding to continue using, or to cancel service with either of them. Fortunately in this example, both companies came shining through and I am still a happy customer, willing to part with my money for their product/service!

I am happy to be representing the Reverse Funnel System and I am glad that they provide their own members with great Customer Service.

So if you are going to work with or represent a company, be sure that the Customer Service standards are high, as Customer Service Defines Success!
