Is Gratitude Important?

If you think that you do not have to be greatful for everything, then you are missing out on one of the greatest things that we can experience.

I know that life can get tough, that there are circumstances that can affect our spirits, but it is important to remember to be greatful, really express your gratitude for all that you get to experience.

Last time I checked, we only have one life to live and it is up to us on an individual basis to create happiness and that can start when we really express and/or feel gratitude for all that we choose to experience in our lives.
